I attended the workshop of the Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Foundation Level (CPUX-F) in London on June 28-30, 2016. I had to pass the test on the last day to be a certified UX professional and to get the Certification (find it here). This is certified by The International Software Quality Institute (iSQI GmbH), headquartered in Potsdam Germany, which is internationally recognized in Europe and USA.

The 3 days workshop was pretty intense given the purpose of it is to get the certification. I learnt tons of UX theories and process which I want to share the summary here that we can use for any type of media projects to get more user-centered products.

There are 5 key design activities in an iterative, user-centered design process that are: Plan, Analysis, Specify, Produce and Evaluate. This process will cover all necessary steps to define the user-centered experience design of the project.

If anyone is interested in taking this workshop or getting other types of UX training, you can find more information here: https://www.isqi.org/
